Todays Powerlates class had more weightlifting added on to stretching. My abdominal strength and flexibility is getting better. However, I still need to do more stretching on my own. It will help me sustain a lot of the standing exercises better. I did awesome at pushups and skull crushers cause Im used to those. I feel relaxed and ready for a fulls day work tomorrow at the Eudora Welty Library.
