Hump Day

Its Wednesday Hump Day.  I worked out at Deville Y and did both weights and cardio.  Did light weight workout to build up endurance.  Due to busy day yesterday, I wasnt able to run or walk.  Got 25 minutes on the Elliptical.  Its helped my progress at work.  I feel more relaxed when working and performing research.
