Exercise Class

I did a Powerlates Class at Deville Y yesterday.  I am sore!!!!  I definitely need to start stretching a lot more.  The past ten years of focusing strictly on Weight Lifting and Running has made me stiff as a board!!!  One step at a time, I'm gonna try and get my Flexibility back.  Since my legs are so sore, I'm gonna do a Chest Workout this evening!!!  Keep moving forward!!!!!
