Well, I worked out Chest yesterday after work at Deville Y and got 20 minutes of Cardio in. Had a dinner consisting of Dry Spinach, Chicken Breast covered with Olive Oil and Natural Almonds. After work today, work out legs and more cardio. I'm actually weighing 5 pounds less than when I finished school in August but I have a long way to go. Just had a Diet Coke, I've got to cut it out!!!!! I'm looking forward to another exciting day at work at the Eudora Welty Library!!!!
