Progress/Rock Star Body
The dieting has paid off. I've officially lost 10 lbs. I am now doing a Full Body Workout Routine During the Week in addition to TRX and Group Exercise Classes. I'm thinking of starting Pilates Reformer at Deville Y to help maintain my flexibility. The Full Body Workout Routine is designed for shedding fat and adding Muscle.
