Entertaining Children/Exercise/Diet

Hello Everyone!!!  I've been absent from the Blog for a while now.  I recently did a Reading at Medgar Evers Library in Jackson in honor of National Preschool Fitness Day representing both the Jackson/Hinds Library System and the Downtown Y.  I read Teddy the Hungry Little Bear by Floyd Stokes.  Afterwords, I taught the children some physical activities to stay active including:  Parachute Exercises, Hoola-Hoops and Hop-Scotch!!!  We then ate fruit and vegetables.  I enjoyed my time with the children.  I have a special connection with children.  In case you haven't noticed, I am one!!  Super Librarian Will to the Rescue!!!  Some of the children thought I was Superman.  I look forward to doing readings for children in the future and promoting physical fitness and health.

I've dropped seven pounds since the beginning of the year.  Dieting has been paying off.  Cutting back on Dairy Products and Starches helps.  I've still got more weight in my Midsection to lose though.  I'm still maintaining a regular exercise routine as well.

Here is a picture of me with the children (Courtesy of Jackson/Hinds Library Sytem).
